Gorgeous Long Beach Bungalow (No Smoking)

  • This is a no-smoking on premises home. This home is located in Long Beach's Eastside Circle neighborhood, only 1.5 miles from the beach. In 2021 we freshened up home with new flooring, paint, baseboards and landscaping. The backyard is serene and has large deck and benches. Enjoy yoga or long conversations with your travel friends/family. Long Beach is the perfect location from which to travel to Southern California's beach or urban amenities.     The space
    The home was remodeled from 2021. It has upgraded electric panel, tankless hot water heater, dual paned windows, kitchen and bathrooms. The large backyard has several areas to enjoy sunbathing, resting on a shaded deck or BBQing. I've tried to create a serene setting for your enjoyment.

    The property has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms as well as a side and backyard for guests to enjoy. The tandem driveway to the south of the house accommodates two vehicles.
