This is a no-smoking on premises home. This home is located in Long Beach's Eastside Circle neighborhood, only 1.5 miles from the beach. In 2021 we freshened up home with new flooring, paint, baseboards and landscaping. The backyard is serene and has large deck and benches. Enjoy yoga or long conversations with your travel friends/family. Long Beach is the perfect location from which to travel to Southern California's beach or urban amenities. Long Beach Certificate: NRP21-00117 The space The home was remodeled from 2021. It has upgraded electric panel, tankless hot water heater, dual paned windows, kitchen and bathrooms. The large backyard has several areas to enjoy sunbathing, resting on a shaded deck or BBQing. I've tried to create a serene setting for your enjoyment. Guest access The property has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms as well as a side and backyard for guests to enjoy. The tandem driveway to the south of the house accommodates two vehicles.

This is a great stay if you're looking for a clean and easy home. The driveway was perfect for parking, the amenities were great and the home was clean! I felt safe and content the entire duration of our 15 day stay. I would suggest having a fan available as when you first arrive it takes awhile for the air conditioner to cool off the place but other than that, I was very happy with our stay!
House is exactly as pictured. It was a perfect start to our vacation. Very neat and clean. Plenty of room and stocked with essentials for cooking and cleaning. The patio was a nice plus to sit and relax. Close to highways and many restaurants. PCH was very close and a great drive with awesome views. The host was very responsive when I reached out. I will definitely book this home again if i'm ever in the area.
Perfect three bedroom space for our girls trip! The house was clean and the listing was accurate. The check in process was easy and the owner was available for any questions. We would absolutely stay here again!
I really enjoyed this cute home in Long Beach. It’s close to the airport and Long Beach State where we participated in a volleyball tournament. It had everything that we needed. Quiet and cozy.
I had a jammed packed weekend with Reunion activities. The home was comfortable and in a great location! Off street parking was a delight! Will stay here again.
Perfect for a week-long stay in the Long Beach area with our two adult single children. Separate rooms with single beds for them, and a double bed for us. The kitchen is well-equipped, the round dining room table is perfect for board or card games in the evenings, and the large corner couch is great for relaxing. Host quickly responded and was accommodating to our needs. WiFi extremely fast, and plenty of parking for two cars in the driveway if necessary. (We only had one car.) Tankless water heater means you’ll never run out of hot water. Quiet residential neighborhood, but fast food options, coffee shops, and a business street are only a short walk away. Jacuzzi (we didn’t use it), toilet, and sinks in the master bedroom. Second toilet, sink, and shower in a separate room. Both areas are nicely tiled. Schlage combination lock on the entry door easy to use. Very happy with our choice!!
Great house, very very quiet place. I recommand this rental. The only thing wrong I have to say is a detail but very important for us there are no blackout curtains in the master bedroom bathroom and no door so we were awake very early because of the daylight, which is a shame on vacation...but if this detail is settled it will be without hesitation the perfect place to stay during your vacation, very close to the beach, 35 minutes from disneyland! The park place is a real bonus because all the street was full at night so it's a peace of mind to come back home and no need to looking for parking your car! We were so comfortable in this house.
Everything was as described. The house was well stocked with paper supplies, cleaning products, kitchen tools, towels, pillows, etc. Comfortable furniture and beds. We met the owner and chatted for a while as she was working on the house behind this property. I would rent here again.
We were very happy when we walked in the door and saw how beautiful and well put together this home is for guests/families. The layout was perfect and there was a lovely back serenity garden that had some chairs and a bbq site with patio furniture. The host was very thoughtful and quick to respond when we needed simple additions like more towels or questions about the surrounding sites. It was well situated. Beautiful crystal cove state park (beaches/tide pools, and hiking) 45 min to the south, Long Beach tourist attractions (Queen Mary, boat tours) 20-30 min to the north, and Hollywood sign, Hollywood BLVD, etc about 1-1.5 hours to the west. Happy to return!
Home just as described and even nicer in person! In fact, this is one of the cleanest and most stocked homes I have stayed in. The house was very cozy and comfortable with a cute backyard space. We enjoyed the location in a quiet neighborhood with its own private driveway for parking which is a definite plus in this area. Easy access to freeways and our favorite restaurants in Belmont Shores. You can tell the host takes pride in her home and makes the experience welcoming. Would definitely stay here again.
The family came down to see my daughter off to college. The location was central and easy to get around Long Beach and environs.
The place worked well. It was nicely furnished and comfortable and well stocked. All was smooth and easy with checkin.
The only suggestion I have is the TV is a bit awkwardly placed in the living room although the placement was not a big deal for us.
Home just as described! Cozy and clean, stocked for your convenience, private driveway, and in a quiet neighborhood. Easy access to freeways, and highways. We chose this one because it's about 30 minutes to and from LA airport, without traffic of course. And the plus is the host was super nice. Will definitely rent it again given the chance.
This house was pretty much perfect for our stay. The location was great, easily accessible to literally everything Long Beach had to offer, and most LA attractions were within driving distance for a day trip. Comfortable and homey atmosphere with great amenities - a personalized welcome sign greeted us, showing that the host cares about her guests. Having a private driveway was nice, never had to worry about finding a parking place on the street.
It was a decent stay. The TV in the common area was super odd. We weren't able to sit on the couch and watch a movie/sports, the T.V. was located off tot he right of the kitchen table. The hot water also took quite a long time to heat up but still worked perfectly fine. All in all it was nice.
Loved the easy access to shops and restaurants and the freeway… and this comes at a cost, with cars in the street, etc. Trade off was worth it! The house is well-appointed and very comfortable. Nice appliances, fully stocked tableware, reverse osmosis water filter, luxury toiletries!! The backyard seating areas are so lovely; it was a treat to relax and enjoy some of that famous Southern California weather with a podcast and an iced beverage! Be aware that there’s only one shower—clearly described in the listing, but I didn’t catch it. Plus, watering is done by hand midweek so there will be someone in the backyard. Shelley was delightful to meet and chat with while she was there checking on construction progress in the back unit, she’d be awesome to share a glass of wine with on the back patio!! I’d stay here again.
