Cozy one bedroom and one bath apartment is about 750 sqft, at the central location of Pasadena, convenience and quiet neighborhood, walking distance to Fillmore Gold Line station, Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, restaurants...Mins to Old Town Pasadena, Huntington Hospital, 134 Fwy and 110 Fwy, very convenience location.

Hardwood and tiles thru out, bathroom has lately remodel with walk in shower. Spacious bedroom, work desk/office chair, iron board, iron are included. Kitchen are fully equipped for basic cooking, cookwares, pans and pots, oven, stove, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster...Perfect for business, vacation travel or executive stay.

Parking on the street, coin laundry in the basement.
