I was a guest at your hotel on Friday 5/26/2023, I booked my hotel stay as I always do on Expedia.com. Upon arriving to the hotel, I called to let them know I would be checking in at midnight due to traveling into town. I booked 1King, balcony corner room suite for the price of 363.00. That is not what I received. I received a regular king room to be exact it was room 1535. No balcony, no suite, and not a corner room. I spoke to person at the front desk about it and replied the manager decides who gets what room. I told him I would like to be refunded the differences, which then he replied I would have to come at 7am the next morning to be refunded. I show up at 7am the next day, now the new desk clerks tells me to come back at 11am when the manager is in. I return again at 11am to be told that the manager would not be in for the day and there is nothing they would be able to do. I told them we had a total 4 rooms there and all of my family paid 238.00 for the night for the room they gave me all booked through Expedia and I would just like to be refunded the difference I was then told that Jesse Bliffen would contact me to refund me the differences, it never happened. For the second night they then moved me to room 1539 which was what we paid for but when arriving into the room the heater was not working. I called to asked them to come and fix they told me know one or there was no engineers on property to fix. I then asked for extra blankets twice and never received them.
