Property well maintained, we were there only one night for USC campus visit. Hotel and room are clean. It was nice and quiet. Good breakfast. Outside can be tough neighborhood but we were fine.

The hotel itself was great and secure. Good included breakfast, helpful and informative staff, excellent and comfy rooms. Great proximity to downtown and Dodger stadium. Outside the hotel is sketch. Plenty of unpredictable characters.

the Breakfast was great! a variety of eggs, meat, pastries and other things. The kitchen area was tidy and well stocked with lots of options. The rest of the hotel however was a bit outdated. Elevator had a bad smell, carpets in hallway and rooms were excessively dirty. Room was decent size, but the A/C unit kept making terrible noises all night and our bathrooms showerhead leaked all night. Beds were OK and the sheets seemed pretty clean. The worst part was the neighborhood (ghetto). Getting there (especially at night) was scary, lots neighborhood noise (loud music, cars burning rubber, police sirens...etc). So once you're in, it was OK.

Staff were all very nice, friendly, professional, alert; acknowledged us by greeting us and offering assistance as soon as we came through the entrance doors. Everything was clean, and their breakfast was good. We don’t have any issues with parking, and most importantly comfy beds. Positive experience :)

The elevator we used was a little slow, but I believe there was another one to use; we just didn’t get around to using the other one. The bathroom sink drained a bit slow. However, everything else was great: cleanliness, wonderful staff, good breakfast, parking, etc. We would stay again!
