Walk out the double french doors to a spacious balcony with mountains views, perfect for relaxing in the sun or enjoying a glass of wine after a a long day of sightseeing. Built in BBQ perfect for grilling and eating under the stars. A TRUE GEM. Exposed rustic beams, arches and rustic chandeliers adorn this unit, giving you the feel of old spain.
Gorgeous cooks kitchen fully equipped with top of the line stainless steel appliances. Original Saltillo tile, and stunning stone bathroom with built in seating to shower under the rain shower. Windows and french doors throughout giving the unit plenty of natural light and views of lush greenery that surround the villa. 50's flat screen TV with sound bar perfect to watch movies. Please throw all trash out in the trash bin located outside the gate in the apt parking lot around the corner as you exit the main gate Villa. Thank you.
