The beach view was amazing, especially enjoyed it while having brunch at the restaurant. Great staff, took good care of us. Beach is literally right out the door, you can walk it with ease. Very much enjoyed our stay, would definitely recommend.

Nice hotel - most staff were nice - one was rather rude, there's always a rotten apple somewhere lol - the parking was crazy - we had to wait for people to unload before we could go around and park - could have been a better way - parking is costly as well. The room was large and clean, we had a corner room and it was pretty quiet. Some traffic noise at certain times but not terrible. I'd stay there again. Close to my old stomping grounds, convenient to airport too.

Top location, top hotel, very friendly staff! The marina area is quiet an nice and walking distance to Venice and by car close to Santa Monica and the airport. The rooms are newly renovated an comfortable. The restaurant is nice and offers a good breakfst. Only the parking fee of +50$ is way to high - especilially when you don‘t need valet - the cars are parked outside in front of the hotel.

It was sort of a good location, but they tried to charge us for water that we didn’t drink, and it has taken forever for us to receive our deposit that we put down. It was nice that it was at the marina with a small beach to go to. I won’t be staying there again.

They had to shut off water for three hours, mid-day, and the hot water never returned after that for the remainder of the day, into our morning of departure. We had to take a cold shower. The water also did not taste healthy after the outage. Our sleep was repeatedly interrupted in the early morning hours by screaming (likely unhoused) people outside the hotel, and one morning, at 6am, loud trucks making backup sounds were directly outside our room. The weight room had missing dumbbells. Not a good stay. And a ridiculous $50+ per day parking fee, and top of that.

Nice location. Staff needs WORK!

We have stayed here several times over the last few years. Last trip was in May 2025- we had a lovely time. This time staff was curt and not friendly. Loud music from the restaurant until 9pm- not the most relaxing if you are here to chill out. Unfortunately we will opt to not return. Note- a smile, pleasant attitude when dealing with people or issues can go a long way. Isn’t that a requirement when working at the front of house in any business?!

Liked thevarea. Its safe and nice but the room didnt have hot water my 8 days. Only lukewarm. The food was way down in quality from a year ago. And they asked for $52 nightly parking when across the street, the cuty parking was only $6 for 24 hours.

Clean room, friendly staff, and quiet. We got a room with a balcony and it was a beautiful view. Walking path, park and beautiful view of the water.
