  • Spacious movie-themed mansion with high ceilings, 6 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms, a mezzanine area for play, plus 2 big living rooms! Our outdoor jacuzzi is nestled beneath the trees for maximum relaxation as you soak and relax. Towels included.

    You'll be only 10 minutes from Downtown Los Angeles and Pasadena, and less than an hour from Disneyland and Universal Studios.

    Family-friendly with up to 4 parking spaces on the property: 2 in garage, 2 in driveway. Street parking also available.

My family and I just had the best Christmas family experience at this location. The spacious and clean rooms were excellent. Neighbors were friendly (hardly ever saw them) and everyone commented on how it really felt like a home and not a run down rental. My children baked Xmas cookies and adults felt like chefs in the well prep kitchen. The host was always available even during the busy holiday (helped when I had a silly tv remote question) I recommend this home for a staycation.

Brooks’ home was perfect for our large group! The home was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Additionally, the neighbors were all very friendly! The home is in Monterrey Park and extremely close to so many amazing restaurants, so we couldn’t ask for more.Brooks is excellent at communicating, so we had no issues on that front. I highly recommend Brooks and his lovely home. Thank you for everything, Brooks!

We came in to celebrate my daughter‘s college graduation as a family. We have an extended family about 16 people so it is definitely a great house to accommodate bigger families. Quiet neighborhood with lots of food options near by and CVS within walking distance. The home is nice but a bit outdated compared to the photos online and could use a nice professional deep cleaning. We would definitely stay again. Thank you for accommodating us. We appreciate it!

Schönes Haus in ruhiger und bester Lage, sehr familienfreundlich. Wundervoller Platz, um seine Zeit in Los Angeles zu verbringen. Es bietet außerdem genügen Platz für 3 große Fahrzeuge. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und steht bei Fragen immer sofort mit Rat zur Seite. Wir sind so dankbar, dieses Haus gewählt zu haben und werden dieses beim nächsten Besuch in LA wieder wählen, insofern es zur Verfügung steht. Absolute Empfehlung!
