As you enter, hardwood floors spread in every direction. Please enjoy our home and neighborhood, and treat them with the same respect you would your own.
- No smoking or smokers allowed anywhere on premises, either outside or inside. Any sign of smoking will result in a fee for abatement and cleanup, and other more serious sanctions.
- NO PARTIES, no music outside, all guests must be registered whether visiting or sleeping. Rates are for up to 6 persons, extra guests are $25/day. Occupancy is determined by persons on premises at any time. Keep noise outside to minimum. Quiet hours outside after 10:30PM.
- No pets. Service dog fraud is prohibited under California Penal Code 365.7 PC. Violation will result in cancellation or $500 fee or both. This home is not a public accommodation as a hotel. Please respect the health of others with serious allergies, who legally require a pet-free home.
- Photo ID of booker, and guest list required, sent to the host on channel within 24 hours of booking.
- No filming or photo shoots, except by special arrangement.
- In consideration of other guests, we ask not to cook fish inside. A BBQ is provided outside, and we suggest a delicious foil wrap with butter/oil.
- Please do not send packages to this residence. Any mail delivered to this property cannot be guaranteed.
- Please empty food into garbage, not the garbage disposal. Rinse dishes before placing in the dishwasher.
- Only toilet paper in the toilet. A $300 fee will be assessed for clogs due to anything else.
- Loss of remote or keys will result in a $50 charge.
- On departure: Leave property in same condition that you received it. Dishes done, food and drinks removed from fridge. Trash removed and taken outside, placed in trash bins (use smaller gate in backyard to access). Please inform us if you have broken anything. If additional cleaning is required, please let us know.

We had a couple of problems during our stay and the host responded very quickly each time which was extremely refreshing. The house was clean and neat. There was plenty of room to relax and spread out. The kitchen could have used some decent serving dishes and a variety of pans used for baking. We would stay there again.
Great house with plenty of room and a fully atocked kitche. Girls loved the hot tub! Its short walk to the beach an d 2nd street where all the amazing restaurants are.
This was a work trip. 4 guys and we were able to spread out in the house, cook on the grill and socialize after dinners. This worked out well for us versus the hotel route. House was as posted. No issues whatsoever.
We had a wonderful time during our visit to Southern California.
The property: it’s perfect. We stayed with our family or 4 and another family of 4. There was plenty of room for everyone. The home was very clean and well stocked. We appreciate the stock of toilet paper, laundry detergent, etc. The beach towels, boogie boards and toys were great too. The bedrooms are a nice size. One of them does not have a dresser but was a nice closet. The second bathroom upstairs does not have much vanity space but we were able to put toiletries and things on some shelves just outside the bathroom door. The A/C was amazing!
The outdoor space was very nice and private. There were a lot of flies around but we ended up getting some fly traps to help. We didn’t end up using the grill because it needs to be cleaned. The hot tub was a nice bonus and very well maintained.
The neighborhood: this home was perfectly located right between shops and restaurants on 2nd Street and the beach. It was a quick five minute walk to either one. We walked most places. The neighborhood seemed nice and safe. It’s not as high end as many of the California beach neighborhoods, but still very nice. My one complaint about the neighborhood is the beach is very dirty. We went one day and chose to drive to Seal Beach for our other beach day. There are lots of food options on 2nd Street along with a few cute little shops.
Overall, this is a very nice home in an excellent location and a very good value!
We had a fabulous time staying at this property. It was very centrally located in walking distance of second Street with shopping bars and restaurants. Also within walking distance of a local neighborhood funds as well as minutes from the beach. House was very clean and was great for our family
Good location, close to beach and 2nd street coffee shops, restaurants, shopping. Short drive or uber to downtown Long Beach. Area was clean and safe. House has a good retro vibe. Spacious and great landscaping.
My group of ten had a great time staying here. The beach was a short walk away as well as a ton of great restaurants. Dan and his team were extremely responsive and accommodating!

This is great house in an excellent location to attend events at the Convention Center. We walk using the train on the beach, or rented a scooter or car. Close to supermarket and excellent amenities.
We rented this house for a quick family vacation and it was amazing! The communication with the owners was the best we have ever had and they always checked in to make sure all was going well. The property was absolutely beautiful and had plenty of room for our family of 6 adults! The property was a short 2 blocks to the beach and was a safe and beautiful neighborhood. Highly recommend staying at this property to anyone looking for a great house in Long Beach that is a short driving distance to any and all things to do in the LA area!
Our family stayed at the home this past weekend and enjoyed the proximity to beaches, shops and especially Second street businesss district.
The two parking spaces, garage and driveway were great, not having to search for a space.
Dan and his team were very accommodating, even ordering cutting boatds when I mentioned the small one that was in the house! They were very responsive to our needs and concerns.
The house is spacious, great kitchen for cooking family meals and a private and quaint backyard, including the hot tub that was always warm and inviting.
