Off-Highway. Walk on the beach all the way to Malibu Pier, On exclusive Malibu Road. Minutes to any hot-spot in Malibu. Includes 86” TV with all premium channels and Netflix. High speed Gigabit fiber optic internet over Wi-Fi 6 routers. Tastefully remodeled for the high end modern individual. We do allow some PETS with PRIOR approval and Pet Fee. 2/2026 Special Price discounted for possible construction noise 2 houses south. They are doing wood framing M-F. Does not affect view or beach.
