Cozy Cali Stay

This property is an excellent location to stay at if you are traveling to the LA area. We enjoyed our stay here and the owner was good at staying in touch. If you are a family of 4/5 this is a great place for you. Yes this location is a little far from DTLA but the neighborhood is safe and quiet. I recommend this property!

Nice house in mature neighborhood

Really enjoyed the quiet for a SoCal area. Monrovia had some great small town like shops and eateries close by. People in other areas of the property were considerate and respectful.

The location was wonderful and communication with the host was very good. The home was clean and updated, but it was a bit spartan in feel and in kitchen utensils. Some basic maintenance on windows and doors was needed - that may only have presented itself because it was very rainy weather. The host was responsive and took care of things in a timely manner - for which we were grateful.

Great space

We used the house as a base to visit universal studios and six flags. Great proximity and cute town. We’d recommend a bigger, more substantial couch for the front room and a few more bowls for cooking and popcorn. But otherwise, we appreciated the space and dedicated parking in back! Highly recommend!
