Inside, guests will discover soaring architecture with gallery-like interiors, a home theater, with amenities including a pool table, ping pong table, air hockey and swing set, multiple living areas, and a curated private art collection that transforms the home into a museum-like setting. Separate guest quarters and a detached guest house offer privacy and flexibility for groups. Outdoors, the property is equally exceptional: an infinity pool and spa with sweeping views of the Channel Islands, an organic fruit orchard and vegetable gardens, private hiking trails, remote renovated airstream and even a helipad for direct arrivals
