Convenient Location

This was conveniently located to Los Angeles. Pasadena is a beautiful location and i would not hesitate going back and staying at this property. The property manager was easy to deal with and was very accommodating.

Our stay was amazing❣️ James & his staff were on it when we had any questions for them 😃 it felt so comfortable,safe, and peaceful ❤️ I honestly for got my favorite pillow and had to return for it. Communicated with James and he was so kind to meet up with me back at the place so I could pick it up ❤️ I’m so grateful for him ❤️ I’d love to rebook on my next stay in Pasadena 😊

The property is exactly as advertised very clean. Has everything you need for a short day 10 minute walk to anywhere you really need to go including the metro station I would stay at this property again owner very responsive.

Clean stay, thin walls

Everything was very clean, AC, wifi, and appliances worked great, check in and communication were easy. The few drawbacks were that you could hear the neighbors through the walls and the vents, and people coming in and out of the house to the other unit through all hours of the night.

Perfect!

This is a perfectly designed studio space, nicely decorated and with everything you could possibly need for a short stay. Instructions for check in and checkout were very clear. James is extremely responsive and helpful with information about the area. The apartment is well located and accessible to a range of services, restaurants and activities. I was very happy here!

Comfy - Peaceful Stay

Everything is exactly as the listing shows. I didn’t find myself needing anything as all essentials were provided by the host. Internet / wifi worked great for zoom meetings /work from home. The area is very quiet and felt safe. It is located just a few minutes away from major restaurants, groceries, stores. Getting in and out of the parking area was a little tricky but nothing crazy. If in the area, would definitely stay here again. Thank you James!

Cozy and CLEAN

Cozy and very clean. Quiet neighborhood. Easy access process for the check in. Communication is great. Thank you James. I will definitely stay here again. And I do definitely recommend it to someone that is looking to stay on this area. Better than a hotel for sure. We all appreciate a clean place. There is always Room for improvement. -Shower curtain can be changed more often. And -Towels can be improved to better ones and new ones.

Simple and Sweet

James's studio apartment was perfect for our stay. The space was comfortable and decorated for good use. Our bed was medium firm and we slept very well, although the pillows were a little flat and hard. James was extremely communicative, and although the parking area was tight in some places, we had no issues parking a Tacoma in the spots provided. We had no issues with noise from other guests while we were there, and the traffic outside was hidden by our white noise machine that we always travel with. The shower had extremely low pressure, but when I told James about it, he immediately said he would get it looked at. As we only stayed there two nights, it was not a bigger issue for us. Super convenient area within 10 minutes to most places.

Nice place to stay in Pasadena

Overall cleanliness and fresh remodel. Host was quick to communicate. Parking on property could be better the way the have you park is suboptimal. Huge lot and the parking is mapped out wacky. mark spaces so people know redesign parking better. The combo to door on my unit was faulty I spent 10 mins trying to get into my unit. So frustrating!!

Great Pasadena stay!

This was a pretty good stay. The suite was clean and comfortable. Check in was easy and directiins were clear. Quiet location near everything. James was in touch and accommodating. Would stay here again.

Comfortable stay in a good location

I’ve stayed here a few times within the past few months. It’s sized well, has amenities I appreciate and need, ample parking, and laundry machines. Makes for an easy stay away from home.

Very comfortable stay!

James was a great host! He was very communicative and the property itself was super clean. It had all the amenities we needed and the area felt very safe. The parking can be a little confusing but James helps by giving detailed maps of the property to help navigate it. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would absolutely stay here again!
