Welcome to a private oasis in this charming studio house! Constructed in 2021, its a fully modern new house perfect to call home for a few days in West Los Angeles and 5 minutes from the sand on Venice Beach.

Shares no neighbors with its own fenced in patio. House has laundry washer and dryer and a kitchen. Located right next to Venice Beach, Mar Vista, and Culver City. Easy to get to from LAX and get around LA. Brand new construction and beautifully designed.

Inside, you'll find a thoughtfully designed space that caters to your needs. A fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook up delightful meals without leaving the comfort of your retreat. The house features a dedicated laundry area with a combo washer and dryer, ensuring your stay remains effortless.

Nestled in a prime location adjacent to both Venice and Culver City, you're perfectly situated to explore the best of both worlds. Immerse yourself in Venice's artistic ambiance and breathtaking scenes, or delve into Culver City's diverse cultural offerings and vibrant entertainment.

The Studio House is in the rear of a larger single family house that is also available to rent. Both houses are completely separated from each other.

This is a lovely little studio tucked behind a house. Very private and quiet in a nice neighborhood. The host was wonderful and we enjoyed our stay.

Great Getaway Spot

We had a great stay at this property! The house was clean and well-maintained. The location was ideal—close to everything we wanted to explore yet tucked away enough to offer privacy and peace. Great walking neighborhoods all around. It was perfect for our needs. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Fall Break Experience

We enjoyed this home and the space. Very clean. Location was good for us and the plans we had. The manager of the property checked in occasionally during trip and made sure things were going well. The hosts or property manager responded quickly prior to our trip. We would stay again or recommendto others.

Excellent!

This was a great find! We are local to LA but needed some temporary housing for about 2 weeks. This place was perfect - very clean and efficient, and an awesome location within walking distance of a lot of great bars, restaurants, and coffee shops. The neighborhood is safe and clean, and we even met a few neighbors (and their dogs!) who were super friendly. The host went above and beyond and was super responsive. We would recommend this to friends or family who need a good place to stay.

Laid Back LA Spot for a Road Trip Break!

We stayed just one night, but this place was perfect, cozy, clean, and super private. Tucked away in a vibrant part of LA, yet still close to everything. The space was well-stocked and comfortable, with a great little patio to relax. The host was helpful, responsive, and respectful! Wish we could’ve stayed longer!

This is a comfortable, well-priced studio apartment in Culver City, right on the border with Mar Vista. Great location. It is very private and quiet, on a lovely, quiet street. The host is extremely accommodating. The pictures are accurate. We recommend it.
