This is a fully renovated 1 bedroom 1 bath back house. It's nestled in a quiet neighborhood. The entrance is in the back and the property is gated. Private parking in the backyard. Most appliances are new. 55" smart 4K TV in the bedroom. The washer and dryer are available in the side yard. There are a lot of Supermarkets and restaurants within a 5-10 mins drive. It's about 10 miles to LA downtown, 20 miles to Universal Studio, and 28 miles to Disneyland resort.
