  • This amazing dessert was served in a fishbowl, just like the other five courses. Inside was a crème Chiboust with sour red current jelly, almond praline, rice crackers and orange blossom bubbles. Topping it off was a disc of shaved ice infused with redwood stems. Pretty imaginative and incredible tasty.

We arrived to no air conditioning. The host made no effort to have it fixed while we were there. It was an unbearSo we cancelled and left.
