I love this hotel. My daughter goes to UCLA and my son goes to LMU. I love staying here. I love the rooms and the garden and the staff is awesome. The only suggestion I have is more towel hooks in shower room but otherwise it is a great place!!

This is a beautiful boutique hotel, conveniently located in walkable Westwood Village. The staff, especially Oscar and Vanessa, were cheerful and helpful. Our room was quite small, but the hotel compensated with its lovely side garden and lobby. There’s a reasonably priced parking garage around the corner. We’d definitely return, though probably asking for a larger room.

The staff were nice and friendly. The building is quite old and thus very loud from other guests simply being there. I could hear guests passing through the hallway as if they were sitting next to me and talking. Also, the noise from upstairs room was unbearable. Not because the guests were too loud but because it’s an old wooden building and every move is too noticeable, every step, every movement. The AC was also blowing straight to the headboard, which makes it hard to keep it on while sleeping without catching cold or you have to suffer from heat. The carpet and upholstery were too dirty-looking. All in all, I won’t go there again.

This is a great small hotel, and this is not my first stay. This time I had to bring the family with me, while I usually travel to LA for work alone. The staff was courteous and nice even with kids around (they behaved well, but they are still 4 and 2), so a big thanks to them. The rooms are nice, with a lot of light and quiet at night. The hotel is at walking distance for many nice spots and restaurants. I recommend it. Only minor thing (if that matters to you) there is no elevator.
