Great stay in Alhambra
Property was as described. We chose it as base to go to Rose Bowl in Pasadena. It is located in a safe neighborhood, parking included. Bed is very comfortable, very quiet room, with good amenities (microwave, small fridge, coffee machine, smart TV, furniture, etc). Room is great for a couple or single person. We actually met Juan during checkout and talked about the room and 1 potential improvement on it (like a door to the shower/toilet area). Overall communication was great. In summary, we had a great time and would definitely consider staying there again.

The place was super cute. One thing is the toilet doesn’t have a door you only have a curtain. So if you are someone that likes privacy this would not be a place to stay with another person. Otherwise, it had AC, super cute neighborhood, comfy bed, fire stick tv and much more! Would stay there again!!

Juan is the BEST! He replies so quick when and if you need anything at all and he is so kind! The property was quiet, clean, and a perfect place to stay for a whole week! I would love to stay here again next time we’re in the area!

The place was a great spot. The unit was right off of the interior courtyard and private. Juan communicated with us as best as possible (the Vrbo app was having some issues to allow me to respond, not any fault of his), and was able to adapt to our changing needs. My fiancé and I were visiting for vacation. Located approximately northeast of downtown LA. Spacious one bedroom space. The bed was very comfy. There is a kitchenette area with an electric cook top and basic utensils. Small refrigerator and microwave available. There is a designated parking space and neighborhood is quiet and seemed pretty safe. Juan was very friendly and easy to get in touch with for any issues. Would definitely stay again!

What a charming place …
I really enjoyed this lovely neighborhood and the host keeps this little unit. Just perfect Lea. It’s a wonderful, cozy place to stay as I work in Los Angeles. Birds were chirping and the mountains nearby are beautiful and there are lovely roses, and other flowers in the yard it’s just such a pretty little place. The host was very gracious and I appreciate it.

Juan was really nice and the place was very safe and clean. It looks just like the pictures.The location is in a nice neighborhood and a 6 to 10 minute walk from a local restaurant, donut shop, and Walgreens. I was a female traveling alone but felt very safe in the neighborhood and on the property at all times. I would definitely book again when I travel to LA.

The posting was accurate, the price affordable, great communication with host who was super nice and accommodating. It looks exactly as pictured the only area for improvement is the cleanliness of the vents/fans that were dusty and caused us allergies overnight. Other than that everything was perfect and the location was great - 25 mins from DTLA. Overall, worth it and was perfect for a quick work conference.

Juan’s place was so cute and cozy! He was super responsive and friendly whenever we had questions or needed anything. His instructions were great as well. The location is perfect, near target and costco (perfect for those with rental cars, and there’s a parking space just for you). Everything in LA is about 30ish min away. :) So impressed that the little ac unit cooled down the room so fast! Haha. The property is just as described, be sure to bring your own toiletries! But everything else is provided. Lovely stay and would 10/10 stay here again!

This is a great little studio unit located in the back yard of the proprietor - Juan. It is a spacious unit with a dedicated off-street parking space. It is quiet and comfortable. The bathroom is a little quirky and not recommended for anyone besides a couple or a single person. There is only a curtain for the bathroom, but it works very well. The location is good - 15-20 minutes from downtown LA pending traffic and is a nice home base for the entire area. Close access to the 110 in South Pasadena or the 710 to the south. I will stay there again, Juan is a very good host and very fast to respond.

Perfect little pied a terre!
Juan was an excellent host. From the clear instructions to check in and park to the cleanliness and thoughtful touches of the little apartment. We were in the back of a converted garage but it never felt like that. The bed was comfy, the environment was quiet as a church and I have always loved Alhambra (it's a sneaky cousin to Glendale architecturally and access to the freeways is easy). We were always content to roll into our off-street parking space at the end of a day doing business and the kitchen and fridge were totally adequate to our needs for just staying 5 days. Do not plan to make giant meals in this little guest house but plan to get cozy and enjoy the garden and the neighborhood.

The space was well kept and clean. Bed was comfy and the little kitchenette area was great. I’d recommend for solo or very close couples who are very comfortable with each other because of the bathroom space. It was perfect for just me, for a two night stay. The surrounding neighborhood was really nice and felt safe, and I’d recommend taking a walk around. Juan was very nice and easy to work with and a great host.

Simple but good!
I stayed here for a week. Very quiet and private. Plenty of room to store luggage. I liked that the floor is all tile so it's easy to keep clean. All the little things (enough hot water, fast internet, towels) were in order. Juan was very accommodating and responsive, he even let me move my reservation dates. His house is in a beautiful neighborhood and was super convenient for my appointments around the San Gabriel Valley. I would happily stay here again!
