Liked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Pros: The check-in and check-out process went very smooth. I really liked that I didn’t have to start a load of laundry or run the dishwasher before checking out. The place was nice and quiet. My family stayed during the weekdays so it was quiet at night. The location was convenient, close to a main street, easy to get in and out, and had a parking spot in the driveway.
Cons: The place was not as clean as I would have liked it to be, the bed in the master bedroom and the two twins beds had sand on them. The sofa bed had leftover food crumbs on it. The floors were sticky and had sand. I tried looking for a broom or vacuum to clean up but could not find one. This place really did not provide any complimentary items. No coffee pods, no spices, no condiments. There is a shared washer and dryer but I had to purchase my own soap. The shampoos, conditioners, and body wash looks like they were left from previous guest. They were mix matched. There was only two roll of toilet paper for two bathrooms for 7 people for 3 night. The sink in the 2nd bathroom was so small it literally was only fitted for a toddler. The curtains were not blackout curtains and so see through it was pointless to have them up. The neighbors could see you inside. The a/c did not work too good, I don’t think it was connected to the bedrooms. We had to turn on the a/c and the room fan on and it was still not cold enough.
If you’re planning on staying here you need to bring everything or buy it beforehand.
