  • Enjoy spacious and elegant living in this recently renovated 1913 Craftsman Home in Downtown Long Beach. Uniquely listed as the only official historic house on VRBO in Long Beach, this home is just minutes away from downtown, the harbor, and the convention center.

    Sitting on just over 7000 Sq Ft. of lot, you will enjoy total comfort and privacy in our 3 bed, 2 bath home.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Gather used towels

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

The check-out time is 11 am. 1. Please leave all used towels on the floor. 2. Put dirty dishes in the sink. 3. Make sure the AC and Heaters are completely turned off.

4. Close all of the window blinds and the ensure that the driveway gate is shut closed. Ensure all windows and doors are locked before you check out. No need to strip beds.

And, If your travel arrangements have you leaving early, PLEASE let us know. We love It when we can get the next guest in a little early. Let me know if you need anything.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

- The city of Long Beach and VRBO both explicitly prohibit parties. Guests who host parties will be asked to leave + $250 charge - Check out by 11 am

- We don’t allow pets. Guests that bring theirs will be charged $100/pet + an extra $150 cleaning fee

- No smoking of any kind in the house. Guests will be charged an additional $150 cleaning fee if this occurs
