Centrally located in Mid City Santa Monica, this newly remodeled home is close to beaches, walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, and world famous shopping.

I highly recommend walking up the street to award winning Fia Steak for a luxury patio dinner, sip Happy Hour cocktails at Jonah's, enjoy brunch at Milo and Olive and stop into Erewhon for an Organic Smoothie and snack.

This remolded home features two bedrooms with smart TV's and two luxury spa inspired bathrooms with rain showers and custom tile.

The open floorplan is perfect to enjoy time with family or friends while cooking and relaxing in the stylish living space. Whole Foods and Trader Joes are both located less than a half mile to stock up on all the essentials.

The apartment was as advertised. The location was excellent, spotlessly clean. Very comfortable beds. Check in would have been very simple had the instructions for the entry keypad been clearer. Overall we felt very safe. Host was not overly welcoming and did not reply to my countless messages asking for instructions when the power was cut due to street maintenance shortly before check out. Other than this, an excellent stay.

So clean so amazing. CVS is almost next door. Erewhon is a few blocks away. The pier is a bit of a mile. We loved the location, the layout, and the communication. Can’t wait to come back!

Lovely property

Had a great stay. The property is lovely and felt brand new inside. It is on a busy street and there was a bit of outside noise from traffic and the nearby parking lot. But, it was nice to be close to coffee shop and juice bar -which are literally just around the corner.

Very convenient, well appointed comfortable little house!

The decor is clean, simple and comfortable. Showers are great, kitchen is perfect and the clothes washer makes a big difference when traveling for a long stay. The entry keypad is simple to use and the house is quiet. Bedrooms are cozy and extra large televisions in each room are a bonus. Large oudoor area is special and completely private. A great hideaway!

The property was immaculate, like new and beautiful. An enjoyable week in LA

We enjoyed our stay in this property enormously, for the full freedom we achieved and especially for the very convenient position of the house (literally just around the corner there is a 24h/day drugstore for last minute purchases). Santa Monica/Venice/Manhattan Beach are just some minutes away by car. The property is exactly as described if not better. (we are a family of three)

Wonderful stay

It was the perfect stay for our trip for my 10 month old son’s surgery. The place was very clean, updated, nice layout, cozy, comfortable beds, nice location, great shower, nice fenced in back yard with places to sit and enjoy the sun on the patio, perfect kitchen, safe but busy neighborhood. It literally had everything we needed We enjoyed every bit of it, although the traffic was busy outside the house we cousins hear any of the noise in the rooms. I liked that the place was close to the beach, a few min walk away from the grocery store. This place is everything the posting claims to be and more.

Everything We Needed Was Here!

This house was recently remodeled and they thought of everything a guest might need. Beds and furniture are very comfortable, the kitchen and two bathrooms well-equipped. The push button door lock is easy to use, no fumbling with a key and lock box. Parking is easy, and the location could not be better. Grocery stores are close by, and a CVS is right around the corner.
