Beautiful large studio about 550 sqft, all new furnitures, new remodel. A wall divider between living room and bedroom. Located at the nice and quiet residential neighborhood. Modern decor, kitchen is fully equipped with cooking pots and pans, oil, salt & pepper, coffee, cream, sugar. Shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, towels are included. Coin laundry is in the back of building, detergent is provided.

2 miles to Old Town Pasadena, 1 mile to Huntington Memorial Hospital, 2 miles to Cal Tech, 3 miles to Rose Bowl, 0.5 mile to Art Center South ampus, easy access to shops, restaurants, and 1-2 mins to Trader Joe's, Whole Food, Bristol Farm Supermarket, very convenience. This lovely apartment is about 550 Sqft at the 1st floor, large studio with divider wall between living room and bedroom, in the very nice and quiet residential neighborhood.

Clean and close

The place was clean and comfortable, close to Old Town. An older building but nicely updated. The parking stall is super tight but was able to squeeze in. Would stay again
