No Loud Noise after 10pm.
Overstay after check out will be charged $250 per hour or fraction.

Violating any of the above rules will cause a fee
of $2,000 per occurrence.

Exterior cameras are for guests safety.

Location of exterior cameras: Front gate, front driveway, front door, garage, pool area, backyard, side yard

There are NO interior cameras.

Please remember that you will be staying in a home,
not a hotel. We do have neighbors therefore, we ask
that you treat our space with the same respect you
would show your own. If any problems arise, we will
do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one
living on site.

We strive to keep all amenities in working order but if any major amenities such as the AC, Pool or Spa can't be used because of a malfunction, we will refund the guest $100 per occurrence per day if cannot be repaired the same day.

Pool Heating is an additional $300 per day and must be requested and paid for in advance at least 1 week prior to arrival. It is a large pool so it takes at least 24 hours from the time you turn on for it to be warm.

Please dispose trash in bin located by street driveway area and do not leave by house as it will cause mouse and pest. We are not responsible for mouse and pest if trash is not disposed of properly.

Fantastic large group weekend

We were comfortable majority of the stay and maybe the only complaint was one dead bug near the garage foyer and perhaps just the garage control not working from the outside of the home. But truly enjoyed my stay to the fullest and would absolutely come back again

Family Gathering

This is a nice home for an extended family gathering. Plenty of space for individual time as well as pulling everybody together. It is also conveniently located very near a small and charming market area with a pharmacy, post office, grocery store and restaurants.

Fantastic luxury Bel Air House

A beautiful house in a fantastic location within walking distance of restaurants and coffee shops. The house is perfect for large groups. Only criticism is that the outdoor furniture needs replacing and the first floor bedroom needs curtains or blinds on the patio door. Apart from that no complaints, only complements.

The location was nice and the house was clean. Overall we enjoyed our stay, however the following didn't meet our expectation. Check-in time is indicated as 3:30 on Vrbo, but the host changed the check-in time to 4:00. The lights in the elevator were burned out. When we brought it up with the host, he said use your phone flash light! The internet connection for TV and our laptops was choppy and poor at times. These were not major issues, but they were bothersome.

Great location & Spacious

We recently stayed at this spacious villa, and it was an absolute gem for our large group. The villa's generous layout provided each of us with our own private space, thanks to the surplus of bathrooms and comfortable rooms. What truly sets this villa apart is its convenient location. With a market, restaurants, and even a Starbucks just a stone's throw away, it's an ideal spot for those who prefer not to rely on a car for snacks, meals, and drinks. This proximity to amenities made our stay all the more enjoyable and hassle-free. The host of this villa deserves special mention for their exceptional hospitality. They were incredibly responsive to our needs and even went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. A personalized welcome sign, a bottle of wine, snacks, water, coffee, and tea awaited us upon arrival—a thoughtful touch that made us feel right at home.

Family Holiday Get Together

Our family members range in ages 18-83. We enjoyed our time together in this beautiful home! The house is a spacious, elegant, clean home. There were a few issues that the owner and property manager properly addressed. We appreciated their concern for our comfort and prompt efforts to meet our needs. We felt welcomed by the gift for us and the ease of communication with the owner and manager. The house is as described and pictured. The kitchen is very large with two extra large refrigerators, a 6 burner gas stove, large sinks and a new dual coffee maker to make a pot of coffee or individual cups. There are two tables that easily accommodate15 -16 people for meals. There is plenty of hot water for showers. This lovely home enhanced our family time together. We highly recommend this property and would stay there again if we have the opportunity!

Nick was super accommodating and responsive. The house is great for a group — the layout and ample bedroom/bathroom/hang space is great. The dining room/bar combination was especially useful. We loved being walkable to coffee and a little market and restaurant.

Great stay!

A group of 5 guys stayed here for a weekend around an NFL game and we had a blast. Property was great especially the game room on the lower level. The host was very responsive to our needs and I would highly recommend this property!

I absolutely loved this stay and the host was very response and extremely helpful. The home plenty of space and perfect amenities for my entire family. The elevator was awesome for my elderly mother. I highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful Family Christmas Vacation

Beautiful home in a very safe, quiet and centrally located area to all of the tourist attractions. Our group of thirteen ranging in ages of 17-83 were pleased and had a great Christmas vacation there. Very clean, spacious and loved that everyone got their own bathroom! Highly recommend and would return if ever in that area again...

Beautiful place

The house was amazing, kitchen was beautiful. The pool was not heated unfortunately so we were not able to enjoy it. Many co-workers enjoyed the hot tub.

Great space for large group. Location was also wonderful. Communication was excellent. We received immediate responses to questions we had.Everything worked with exception of WiFi which was a broader issue not related to the home. And the Jacuzzi had a problem as well which required a new part that was not available until after our stay. The pool was great.The outdoor furniture was also old and could use refresh.Overall we were very pleased with the property and ir met our needs.

Lovely Time

We very much enjoyed our stay. The location was lovely and we did some wonderful hikes that were close to the house. The house was clean and well-kept, but a little dated and sparse. We did have a minor plumbing issue, but the owner was very responsive. The owner was also able to recommend a private chef (JB Experineces) that was fantastic!

Belair mansion

This is an old, but beautiful home, in a lovely neighborhood, and just 5 miles from West Hollywood. The home is clean, has a large kitchen, a small/ medium-ish pool, and a hot tub. It's a large home that can easily accommodate 16 people. We ran into some issues with the hot tub and the wifi, but Nick was responsive to our concerns and offered various solutions. The home is conveniently located 30-45 mins from various neighborhoods and attractions, although the LA traffic remains abysmal. There is a very cute community shopping center with coffee shops and restaurants just 2 mins walking from the house which is great. Overall, I would recommend staying here for a large family vacation in LA.
