The least helpful staff I have ever experienced from a 4-star hotel in North America. Rude, unhelpful and downright belligerent. I would recommend ANY other hotel in LA before taking chances with the L.A. Grand.

Stunning hotel, great location!

This hotel is underestimated from the outside, when you step inside it is beautiful! Big, spacious and decorated beautifully in the lobby. The room was big and spacious, plenty of space. Huge bed, clean and comfortable! The location is great, you can walk to a few tourist stops and it's cheap to take an Uber around Downtown from here. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again if I come back to LA!!

The staff was very nice and accommodating. The hotel was very clean. The only down is that the hotel is a little dated. Great if you were in the 90s. The elevator a little rickety.

The hotel was amazing , the lobby was gorgeous, the food was amazing at there restaurant, the cheeseburger is a must if you go to order , the staff was so professional , the room were clean and nice, the city view room was a view that couldn’t be Explained Breathtaking, worth every penny.

I liked how nice and beautiful the hotel was but customer service very poor. I arrived late at night and as I was checking in the person that assisted me ran my card multiple times and didn’t tell me what the issue was then asked for a $300 deposit which I then later discovered it was only $100

Good business hotel

The L.A. Grand on Bunker Hill is a bit awkward to get to (it's near a major hill and 110 freeway entrance) but is a nice choice for business travelers who will most likely not be on foot. Spacious room and nice bed and bath linens. So many drawers that I did not find the mini-fridge immediately. Oddly, no hand soap in the bathroom. Nice redone fitness room with yoga room, gift shop with actual gifts as well as necessities. Caring service in the lobby bar and appealing menu, but skip the garlic noodles, which were gloppy.

It is Grand!!

As soon as you pull up the hotel is Grand as its name implies!! Beautiful the lobby peace and clean nice atmosphere! The food was grate the servers where wonderful I had a king suit and it was big and clean fresh smelling. Always important Grate views of down town LA.
