The room was clean and the proprietors sent clear instructions for check-in. Location was as described. This property is in need of maintenance, however. The air conditioning unit was extremely loud, the wifi network had limited to no connectivity, and the toilet ran continuously unless I intervened to fix the apparatus inside the tank. When I sent this information to the proprietors they replied "thanks for letting me know."

Check in was self-serve but easy. Room was just the right size for travelers who are looking to relax after spending all day exploring all that Long Beach has to offer. Perfect location for an event/conference at the convention center. Could have used an under bed storage drawer for clothing and a hook or two in the bathroom to hang towels, but overall a wonderful stay at an adorably restored, historic building.

Great little apartment!

Reminded me of my college days but it was very cozy and just what I needed for a week long conference! Clean inside the apartment. I was a smidge nervous to go outside at night but felt pretty safe with the dual code on the front door and my individual room.
