Is a really nice private room, the entrance is on the side of the house,
(the room is attach to the house) good to rest after a long trip, is a very dark room you wouldn't see the time pass by. It has a extra sofa bed a very nice TV and refrigerator and microwave.

This is a wonderful place to stay. It was clean and secure. The location was no more than a half an hour from LAX and even shorter to the beach. Parking was free and in the driveway. Friendly host!

Maria was very responsive on all communications. Suite was exactly as advertised. Super clean in a very nice area and close to so many amenities. Went on boys only NFL game with my two sons. Felt very safe and well taken care of. Thanks again Maria. Would definitely stay again! 5 stars.

Excellent Host with Quiet central location

Maria’s place was a peaceful gem, quiet, and thoughtfully welcoming. From the moment we arrived, she made sure we felt at home, checking in often to see if we needed anything at all. The space itself was super comfortable, and having access to driveway parking made everything so easy. It’s rare to find a host so genuinely accommodating. Great place to stay, to visit friends and family.

I visit California once a year always seeking for the best price and place to stay. I’m so grateful to find Maria Sanchez, that she put her nice and cleat rental room on the Vrbo. I pay way less then other places and still feel safe. She let me put my car on the driveway at her house. Thank you very much Maria for your service.
