Clean conveniently located hotel with lots of good eats nearby. Try Tacos Tamix, Dinah’s diner, or the bar across the street if you are looking for a good spot to shoot pool or have a 6am drink.

For an older hotel the cleanliness was good, the room climate was great and the one person staff we met was awesome. We arrived late and left early so had little time to review much but we were pleased with our stay.

I like that it’s local and the cleaning ladies do a good job with what I’m sure they are provided. Bed is comfy and clean but doors and walls are filthy. I can tell no one tries to keep this place up it seems to be falling apart. Couches and furniture is bad. Staff is rude except the young man. Showers and the water pressure or getting hot water is bad. People drink and stand in parking lot for few hrs and you may find a drug addict passing out but at least it’s free. They have cameras to see the lot but they don’t care.

The property doesn’t have free breakfast. There is a diner below that has great food, but super expensive. There is an House of Pancakes walking distance north on Sepulveda. The rooms are clean, it was quiet, and it was less expensive than most places!

This was our second stay at this property. It may not be one of the best but good enough for our purpose. Proximity to 405 highway, beach, restaurants, starbucks, ucla is great and free parking is a huge perk.

I waffled between two and three stars on this one, ultimately selecting three because you get what you pay for, in this place was cheap. The room I had on my first night had a heater that made so much noise, it kept me up. I woke up to find no hot water. But the front desk clerk made swapping my rooms very easy for my second night. It’s a rundown hotel, what can you do. Peeling wallpaper, rust stains in the sink and tub, old broken alarm clocks, beat up furniture. But to renovate, they would have to charge a lot more than what I paid. Ultimately, they kept it very clean, and that’s what mattered most to me. The linens were spotless and even though it felt outdated as could be, it was central to a lot of Culver City and it worked for me. Two nights for a work trip where I barely stayed in the room, this works. But I would not come here with my kids or for a long stay.

Been staying here for years never had a bad experience. Very accessible, the 405 is nearby. Lots of good food around the area. It's about a 10 min drive from downtown, which has even more good food. My most recent stay, there was an issue with my room and the staff took care of it within 15 minutes. I will definitely be back.
