The interior is open, bright and airy with vaulted ceilings, skylights, modern art and mid-century inspired furniture. The restful bedrooms feature breathtaking views, custom interior shutters and queen sized beds with award winning Saatva mattresses and linen sheets. The space was clean, bright and had the essentials. Inside is quiet and private. Outside is pleasant with great views. There is a lot of road noise from the adjoining arterial road and there is limited shade from the low autumn sun. This would not be a problem in summer with the large umbrella. It quiets outside at night.

Pinata Cottage

This bungalow was perfect for our family while visiting UVTO. Enjoyed the kitchen view and outside sitting areas and hot tub. It was nicely appointed and up to date. Very clean and easily accessible. Bedrooms are roomy and sofa bed perfectly comfortable for the two kids (who loved watching the multi-colored fireplace.

Beautiful views in Thousand Oaks

This spacious cottage offered the perfect respite in Thousand Oaks. The patio was quiet and private, and the unit itself was spacious and beautifully finished and appointed. New, and meticulously clean. Everything was extremely comfortable and thoughtfully selected. Highest recommendation!

An Oasis

I really loved staying at the house. It is beautifully appointed with a gorgeous back patio. It was a welcome destination after a long day of work. Roland was super helpful and responsive. The Nespresso machine was particularly a life saver. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home!

Perfect for our Needs

We came to the area for a friend’s 60th birthday. We were considering a stay in a hotel but thought this place would be better suited for our needs. It was perfect. It provided a few of us nice rooms in addition to offering a place to spend time together with a larger group.

Perfect Place to Stay

We just spent 4 wonderful nights at the Luxury Guest Cottage in Thousand Oaks. The cottage is very private with it’s own entrance and a fabulous deck with a Jacuzzi overlooking the Valley. The guest house itself is very comfortable and modern. Beautiful kitchen that was fully stocked for all your needs.

Thousand Oaks trip

We stayed here so our son could check out CLU which is a mile away. This ADU is really nice and quiet, with a great view and a lot of privacy. Perfect for two adults and a Teen. Very comfortable and tastefully decorated. It was like being home away from home.

Amazing Stay

This rental is so clean, and we loved the brightness and open floor plan. The backyard view, both day and night, is beautiful! We brought our cornhole boards from home, and it worked perfectly on the side yard. Cooked up some burgers on their grill and enjoyed the view while we ate. The hot tub was nice to relax in later in the evening. The beds were very comfortable, and plenty of pillows. There is no dining table inside, but we made do with playing cards around the coffee table. The fireplace was a fun added touch, where you can change the colors of the fire. It gave off a cozy feeling. What I loved most was how clean it was. This is a great place to stay in a lovely neighborhood, close to many attractions.

Clean, quiet, beautiful property!

We weee visiting some family in the area and found this wonderful property. It’s a guest house with its own private entry, public space, etc. Roland had everything ready for our arrival and the property was beautiful! We had 3 kids (ages 7-12) and 2 adults and there was plenty of room to spread out and relax. The property had a few nice amenities we made use of— a coffee maker with pods, washer/dryer with pods. We loved the view sitting on the back deck overlooking the landscape.This was such an easy property to get in and out of, and everything was set up and taken care of hassle-free. Thanks so much!

Great Stay in Thousand Oaks!

The guest cottage is very well designed, spacious and comfortable. From the sheets to the pot pans, everything is high-end and attractive.The best feature is the big private back patio with hot tub and views of the surrounding craggy mountains. Roland was an amazing host. He responded to every question and need immediately. We would definitely rebook if visiting Thousand Oaks!

There is so much to say about how much our family enjoyed this property. One thing that comes to mind is the coffee experience. It's a wonderful Delonghi espresso machine with great options to choose from even though I did buy pods from local grocery. Of course we loved the outdoor jacuzzi!!! The outdoor ambiance and view was so serene!! Everything was so comfortable and clean !! This place is such an oasis .

Wedding Weekend

My daughter and her bridal party stayed night before and her glam squad came to do hair & make up day of her wedding! Space was perfect! Clean, with large kitchen island. Beautiful view, nice private entrance. Everything you need in kitchen is there!! Also…. Plenty of towels which was fabulous since there were 5 girls showering! This alone is everything! If you have a neck issues, bring your own pillow. Heating for jacuzzi is electric and takes longer than average. Was a perfect weekend and we would stay again if attending an event in the area. Fans from Texas!!

Very Convenient for CLU Families

Mr. Roland, our host, went over and beyond in ensuring our stay was as comfortable and familiar as our own home. The house has its own private pathway and entrance, is brand new, clean, well equipped, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The view is stunning and the private jacuzzi is beyond relaxing. My husband, a total homebody who fought me about booking through VRBO rather than just drive the hour back and forth to CLU during orientation, fell in love with the house and told me he won’t stay anywhere else while our son attends CLU.

Fantastic Find

I was in a bit of bind and had to find a place to for 4 adults, two of which were elderly and needed handicap access. I booked this place with no reviews, based solely on the pictures and hoped for the best and boy did I get lucky. This unit was brand new construction and brand new everything inside it. Check in was easy. It's located in a quiet neighborhood behind another house. We parked right in front of the gate and were able to walk straight up the walkway to the house in the back. The unit is all one level and is well furnished without being cluttered. My aunt was alternating between a walker and a wheelchair and she was get around with no problem. The bedrooms weren't large, but they were comfortably sized and the beds were very comfortable. It was warm out so we didn't need any extra bedding, but it was readily available if you run cold. The living room had a flat screen television and a couch. We didn't cook, but the kitchen seemed well appointed. We stayed there during a heat wave so we gave the AC a workout and it did not disappoint. We also ran a load a laundry as we broke a shampoo bottle in our luggage. It all worked fine. The backyard has a wonderful view of Conejo Valley and you can see out to the ocean in the distance. There is also a BBQ grill and a hot tub, but we didn't get a chance to try either out. Roland, thank you so much. We had a great time.

Pristine property with two large bedrooms and one large bathroom, great kitchen with a nice long island and plenty of seating. Pull out couch has a nice, comfortable mattress. Long L shaped back patio with a lovely view, and a nice long table for meals al fresco. The Host, Roland, was very responsive and accommodating. Just a perfect spot overall. It truly made our weekend.
