Right on the beach and a block off Washington Street that offers many options for food and drink. Very close to Santa Monica and beautiful walks on the beach. Staff was very helpful and kind. We felt like it was a little gem.

Location and staff are phenomenal. Myself and my friend are young female travelers and we felt safe here. The staff give great tips on the area and are happy to answer questions. Rooms are small and storage space in the bathroom is limited, but who comes to LA to sit around in the hotel? We enjoyed our time here.

Location for Venice Beach was excellent. Right on the boardwalk and pictured. Walking distance to muscle beach and the heart of Venice as well as the canals. Our room was small with only the basics. Amenities in the room/bathroom were very bare essentials. Parking was convenient but only by reservation. I didn’t see that stated in the booking details so we were lucky to snag a spot. Staff was very friendly but not on site/available all hours.

The staff was friendly, the room could be better kept, as my sheets had stains on them, and the bathroom could use a remodel. The location is superb, and the views are amazing. I would say that it's worth it, but be prepared for some mess and a small bathroom.

The location of this property is perfect! Steps from the beach!! And because alcohol is not allowed on the beach, having a patio and a roof top deck, both with plenty of seating adds to the location. The room we stayed in was small but manageable for the two of us. The bathroom on the other had was VERY small......especially the shower......but functional for us. With all that said, given its location to everything Venice Beach has to offer, time in the room was limited. I would go back, my wife probably not.
