Staff are excellent and communicate by text ahead of check in for assistance. The room was spectacular! The front lobby doors are secure and procedures are very safe. Many amenities. Tried boxed water!

Great view! Great location! Very friendly staff!! Bad: no fridge in the room! Very uncomfortable chairs! Amenities fees for what? There was not anything extra that I felt like I should pay for. No pool no balcony and still have to pay for parking, no daily housekeeping didn’t like paying for extra benefits that I never got! All that being said I loved this place and I will be back! Thank you for the stay!! PH7 is awesome!!

Absolutely loved my stay! The room was clean, the staff were lovely and very helpful. I was surprised to find out the building has a very interesting history. I was grateful for the bikes, beach towels, chairs and umbrella that were available for use at the beach. I especially loved the ocean view from every area of my room - even the shower! I would definitely look to stay there again on my next trip to Venice.

Loved this hotel ! Great location, helpful and friendly staff. We loved our room we were in PH5 large rooftop room, stunning sunsets. Next time I would make sure I got a room that was beach front not at the back. The bikes at the hotel that we could use for free to cruise up with Santa Monica were a great bonus. Plenty of things to do and dining options. We walked to the restaurant Great White upon recommendation from a local and it was seriously good, clean food. Something we'd be craving.

PERFECT stay at Venice V
Our experiences Venice V was amazing. Gabriel at the front desk was SUPER friendly and the hotel was clean, welcoming and had such fun decor. Very, well located, steps to the Venice boardwalk. Didn’t have a single problem or complaint. The room was SO FREAKING COOL.

Venice Beach 10
A find. Amazing Indy hotel actually on the beach in Venice. Completely cool. Great beds. Industrial chic. No restaurant but it’s Venice Beach. Take a walk. Extraordinary.

The beds were wonderful. The location was great to walk the boardwalk. We enjoyed talking the free bikes out and traveled much further than we could have on foot. We would stay again.

Had a wonderful stay The best part was the rain shower. I’m still waiting for them to get back to me to tell me where they got that from where I can source it It was the best rain shower ever. The bathroom was beautiful and the brass fixtures. Everything about this boutique hotel was gorgeous. Nick at the front desk was fabulous along with the rest of the crew

Our room was facing the ocean (beautiful!). The hotel is right on the boardwalk and close to good eateries, so we got to enjoy beach life right outside our door.

The hotel was lovely and the room was very beautiful as we could see the beach and sights below. Loved the area. One thing was there was no blinds in the bathroom which made taking a shower tricky. The TV was very hard to operate and remote did not work very good.

Really cool mix of art deco and industrial designs. Very clean and well-maintained. Local artists and artisans have all sorts of unique and eclectic stuff for sale. I was put off by the area around the hotel: number of homeless sleeping on the beach or park benches or sidewalk with their butt crack hanging out or getting high right where they lay. Very few instances of belligerent drunks/pot heads, but there were a few.

Nice stay
Stayed here with my daughter for an overnight trip in LA. It’s right on the beach in the midst of the boardwalk, close to the airport and quiet at night for a Saturday. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would def recommend and come back.

Wow, this place was a unique blend of historic and modern. Staff got us into a room right away even though we showed up early. Valet parking was safe and secure. Lots of local dining options. Located right on the boarwalk with breathtaking views!

The ocean view is a tiny window over the bathroom sink. The room is not sound proof, you can hear everything going on outside your room. The bed was comfy, but couldn't sleep due to all the noise. Not worth the money.

Great boutique hotel close to the beach and all the action of Venice beach. Loved the bikes, beach chairs and towel available and was surprise by how quiet the hotel was given its location.

This is a nice hotel with excellent location on Venice Beach. Our biggest issue is that we were there 4 days and the TV did not work even after we reported the issue. While we were gone during the day at that price point it would have been nice to watch TV in the evening before bed and early in the morning. The staff was friendly and the room was cleaned upon request.

Stay was good… perfect location… overnight parking was a little expensive….Cleaning of room was not done because I was unaware that I would have to ask for a cleaning but other than that GREAT STAY!
