Live the Venice Beach lifestyle at it's finest! Reside in a bright and updated apartment featuring 2 spacious bedrooms, 1 bathroom and over 900 sq ft in the heart of Venice. This second floor apartment comes equipped with beautiful hardwood floors, ceiling fans, AC window units in both bedrooms, centralized heat and a stackable washer/dryer in unit. Private parking is available behind the building to avoid street parking for up to 2 cars. Combination keypad access on the front door. Come vacation by the prestigious Abbot Kinney Blvd. and enjoy all the walking amenities ( chic restaurants, shopping and more all within a 5 minute walk . Marina Del Rey, Santa Monica Promenade, the Santa Monica Pier and Pacific Coast Highway are all within a 5 mile radius. Enjoy festivities on the first Friday of every month, it is what makes Venice such a great place to vacation!
