"This stone cottage in the mountains of Malaga province was quaint and cozy. It's part of a camp site with several other such cottages, so you don't feel isolated. There's a pool, but it was closed (for the fall season?). The surrounding woods were fenced off so we couldn't hike much, but walking within the grounds was pleasant. "Great affordable place to stay right on the beach. Reception was outstanding l, so friendly and helped us park our rental car in the parking garage. Bed was massive, bathroom could do with some TLC but ok. Beach was right there! Restaurants were many at good prices."

"We stayed at this hotel due to the proximity of Gibraltar and it being better value than staying in Gib itself. It was a 10-min walk to the border. It was 5-min walk to the centre of La Línea with plenty of bars, restaurants and shops. Room was a good size and breakfast choice was good. The beach is also close by. The hotel has a pool but we didn’t use it as we were out sightseeing each day. "

"Everything except breakfast is what a 5 star should be. Breakfast is sit down, which is great. But range of what is on offer like the juices, the protein is limited. Gluten free bread was schar, would expect something better at these prices. Other than that, hotel is faultless. Mediterranean restaurant run by chef Alex is very good. Rooms, better than the best hotels in the world. Clientele- no loud Americans which is a surprising and pleasant break from the rest of the hotels in Europe. "
