"The breakfast buffet was amazing. Lots of choices, friendly staff, good food I had many choices when I booked my hotel but really no regrets having stayed there. When you step out of the hotel, there is a restaurant called El Rincon de Murillo. Their chocolate cake is to die for. Try it ! The only bad thing was the TV program. No German or Italian or English channels. Just Spanish without end...."

"Was fine enough but it’s used as a group tour bus hotel so not friendly at all ..pretty average overall ..pool on roof was nice and bar in afternoons ..can’t get a taxi in Seville from hotel apparently not helpful most of the staff were rude and unhelpful breakfast was not great either overall not that pleasant stay a long walk to areas of interest too "

"didn't have breakfast included but thought was good value for money especially considering the location! it's only 20min walk from the centre but you have access to the underground metro just outside the hotel and also the tram line just couple of minutes walking distance. there is also a Carrefour just opposite the road. not used the outside swimming pool much but the only day I've stopped there it was very busy and almost all loungers had been taken. there is a bar there in case you want some drinks which is very convenient. the pool itself is quite small. i believe there is an indoor one as well but no information were provided about it when we checked in. Room was very cleaned (loved that is laminate flooring and not carpet!!) and i believe we got our towels changed every day without asking for it. Ned was comfy. only downside is that walls insulation is not the best so if you got noisy neighbours then you can hear them talking/walking/keep clicking on the switches. "

"The room was dusty with someone’s hair everywhere. The bathroom grime and moldy, since the tiles were dark you couldn’t see it right away except when you use the facilities, the shower etc. the ac was not working properly, we did call reception and one hour after we settled in they offered to change room at that point we were so tired that we slept through. We spoke to facility and they graciously tried to compensate by giving us a voucher for one of two paid breakfast. The reason why I am writing this review is because at breakfast we found a hair on our table, too much coincidence the property is not well kept and cleaning is important. Please make the guess feel good and have everything spotless."

"Excellent rooftop pool with nice decked area and great city views. Spacious room with very comfy bed and well appointed bathroom. Slight road noise (we were on 4th floor). Housekeeping average - coffee/milk not always replenished, towels missed, toiletries not topped up - minor but only slight negative. Reception staff very helpful and courteous. Nice modern hotel with many positive attributes, I would definitely recommend."
