The hotel was in a great location. On arrival we were not happy with our room. Although we had to pay extra for the room, Victor and Akexandro were very helpful in dealing with the room change. We were given a complimentary drink when the room was being prepared.

Staff were lovely.clean rooms.Great location. Our room was right opposite reception seating so quite loud when people checking in/ out. Definitely stay again.

The entrance and lobby at this hotel are simply gorgeous, a real attention to detail makes this a welcoming environment.
The rooms are spacious and clean, and although the balconies are small, they do provide a lovely view.
The solarium area and sunbathing spaces are ample and both pools were refreshing. The pool bar has lots of options and a nice food menu.
Overall, having stayed in 5 or 6 hotels in the vicinity, Hotel Alay has proved to be my favourite and actually great value for money too.

Will definitely stay here again. Staff were wonderful and facilities great. There is a secure basement locker area for bags if you arrive early and this area has toilets too. The Restaurant in the hotel is not actually run by the hotel but was excellent too. A lovely meal with great wine and a brandy ...
