Beautiful place with very helpful staff. Massage / spa was excellent. Food and liquor choices aren’t quite the best so we decided to spend a lot of time eating outside the resort.

We booked an all-inclusive through expedia. Flight was cancelled the morning we were to leave. We’re left hanging with no room and neither expedia or the hotel offered us a room.
