Loved the house and neighbor hood. Plan to stay there again. The patio's and the views are fabulous. The house was clean and air conditioners were ice cold. Just like I like it.

Home needs upgraded furniture and style badly

The house itself is nice and had a good view of the beach which isn't stated very well throughout the ad. The furniture needs to be thrown away, very dated and doesn't go with home at all. There was a mixture of glasses and plates that was a joke. Staff for Evolve were terrific! met us at house, walked through completely, always available for questions, they did a great job while we were there. If your looking for an inexpensive larger house, this would do, but do not expect lavish anything.

No blow dryer, no shampoo, soap or conditioner. Zero wood or charcoal for the grills. The plates and cups etc are like my grandmothers. At this price more upscale appliances would be nice. Coffee maker cheap, the dish washer falls out when you open it. The toilet seats are GROSS. Master one looks like it has poop on it. Bedding is poor,

Safe Neighborhood Surrounded by Beautiful Homes

Nice home. A little dated and needs some repairs (like the screens), but that's okay. It was clean and easy to live in for the week if you're not overly picky. Good A/C. Loved the top patio. Pool doesn't get much sunshine. It's a gated community with a security guard at the gate. You'll love walking around to see all the lovely homes and landscaping. This home is high on the hill, so if you want to walk into town, be sure you bring walking shoes - not flip flops. Otherwise, Uber is another option. The beach is close, but includes some walking down and up the hills, so you'll want water shoes or sturdy sandals. You can't swim the ocean, but it's beautiful with the big waves crashing. Walmart is the best place to buy groceries (must Uber there). Overall, we'd stay at Casa Del Amor again. It's nice to have a "home" to get away from the busy marina and town. Quiet for sleeping too, which is very nice.

Stay Away From This Property!

The list of problems is pretty extensive. To summarize....dirty, disrepair, incredibly uncomfortable and stained beds, stained bedding and pillows, bugs in furniture, beds and counters, significant feces down the side of a toilet, broken toilet seat, lack of basic amenities (towels, pillows, kitchen utensils, etc.), broken and damaged furniture, doors that did not open/close or lock properly if at all, holes in the walls, layers of dust and dirt in many areas, unsafe oven operation and more. We had to wash linens, remove hair clogs from the bathroom drain and sweep/mop the floor upon arrival. The host/manager informed us there is nothing he could do with regard to the lack of pillows and kitchen towels as the property owner would not approve his request to supply. He gratuitously brought 2 microfiber rags to use for kitchen towels during our week long stay. We purchased an egg crate and two pillows. We did laundry daily to manage the shortage of towels. Most plates, cups and wine glasses in cabinets were dirty and had to be washed before use. Such a shame for a property in Pedregal, one of the nicest areas in Cabo.
