"This is our second time here. Only bummer was the jacuzzi was cold and the light continuously flickered so bad it gave us a headache and couldn’t stay out there. Breakfast was awesome we loved the set up and the touchscreens for the coffee. Staff was amazing as usual . One suggestion would be to please fix the elevators it started skipping levels and it made everyone in there freak out. Outside the property isn’t the best but the hotel itself is great."

"As a recently opened property (September 2026), the hotel boasts a fresh, pristine ambiance with an exceptionally modern aesthetic. The accommodations are remarkably impressive: the rooms and bathrooms are remarkably spacious, and the beds offer an outstanding level of comfort. The location is undeniably convenient. It sits just a short, four-block walk from the Wilshire/Vermont Metro station, with a 7-Eleven on the adjacent block, a Walgreens nearby, and an array of excellent Korean restaurants directly across the street. The second-floor communal spaces are also well-designed and practically appointed, featuring comfortable seating and convenient microwave access. My only notable concern pertains to sound insulation and proximity. The walls are relatively thin, making ambient noise from neighboring rooms noticeable. Additionally, due to the close proximity of an adjacent residential building—separated by merely a few feet—there was considerable external noise, including loud music and loud voices from next door. The proximity also leaves room visibility somewhat open, so keeping the blinds drawn is essential for privacy. Lastly, guests should note that overnight parking is available at $40 per day. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay, and the property has incredible potential as it continues to settle into its"
