Was grateful that was provided complimentary early check in, however was placed in a room with a wall shared with the ice machine, which I was able to hear go off throughout the night and anytime anyone got ice.

I did want to do a load of laundry but was turned around on the second floor because of the lack of water to do so. We made do with what we had clean. ..."
