"All the employees were very friendly, even the cleaning staff! The walls are thin so you will hear your neighbours but the amenities are beautiful. I highly recommend choosing the “all-inclusive” option for meals. The buffets were first rate and had everything labelled carefully if you have food sensitivities (like gluten intolerance or a severe nut allergy). "

The only issue I have is that I booked the apartment in part because of the facilities - and no where did it mention that the hotel (and therefore the facilities) were closed! So no bar, no cafe, no pool... Having said that, the apartment really was very nice and we'd stay again."
