We had a fantastic stay at this hotel and couldn’t recommend it enough.
We stayed in Room 301, which was really spacious, an extremely comfortable bed and a well-laid-out bathroom. The shower was really powerful, and the room had everything we needed, including a hairdryer.
We loved the large TV with channels from different countries. As we were travelling from the UK, being able to watch British TV in the evening was great.
The hotel is around a 25 minute walk from the beach, but we really enjoyed the walk. There were so many streets to explore and plenty to see along the way, and Alicante was very easy to get around on foot.
The lockers in reception were also brilliant. We arrived before check-in and were able to securely store our belongings while we went out exploring. There’s also a coffee shop on-site, which was a lovely added convenience.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. After checking out, I realised I’d left my phone in the room and returned about ten minutes later. They were so helpful in getting it back to me! The cleaners were also so happy and greeted us each time we saw them. Such lovely staff there.
Excellent value for money and we would absolutely stay here again. A brilliant hotel with fantastic staff and facilities!

Worst experience ever - the room smells mouldy and me and my wife felt suffocated just from staying there for 1 hr. We tried everything, opened windows and vented for a long time but the smell keeps coming back. Note that this was the «deluxe» room!
I immediately booked a new hotel and moved for fear of our health. As the contact guy(Carlos) said he didn’t have other rooms available and couldn’t come over to help us. I have saved the entire conversation.
We filed for refund later, they lied that we had smoked in the room and broken rules :(
So just stay away from them, if you want a peaceful vacation. They are not even that cheap. We booked here because we thought they were central, but you get much better quality hotels just 10mins walk. I wish I had investigated that before :(

"Great choice if you'd like to stay in the Old Town. 10 minute stroll downhill to the best beach, Poniente. Buses stop in the main Street which is around 2 minutes away. Those buses will take you to Centro, Bus station, Tram station, Finestrat... The hotel is spacious. An array of lifts that may confuse ..."
