"Nous avons passé de très belles vacances dans cette maison, parfaitement fidèle aux photos, confortable et très agréable avec nos deux adolescents.Le jardin et la piscine, au calme, ont été un vrai bonheur pour profiter des après-midis après nos matinées de découverte de l’Andalousie.Un grand merci à Hélène pour son accueil. Son carnet d’accueil, très complet, nous a permis de prendre facilement nos marques et de profiter pleinement de la maison et de ses équipements.Nous recommandons vivement cette location pour de belles vacances en famille, entre découvertes et détente !"

"Have just returned from a stay & Maria’s property is absolutely stunning. The accommodation is as described, exceptionally clean & spacious with lots of storage, high end appliances & special touches including beach chairs & parasols. The terrace is really well furnished to enjoy a view of the sunrise & the pool which is really well maintained with plenty of sunbeds & having access to a lift right outside the apartment was great. The complex is really new & has an underground private car park with a dedicated space.Just a couple of things to mention - a car is absolutely essential in our opinion. The area is still in a huge developmental stage & there are no shops within walking distance. There are great supermarkets (Lidl, Aldi, Mercedona) a 5 minute drive away but I doubt anyone would want to walk back with shopping as the roads are very steep!There is a lot of construction happening around the area at the time of our stay. Lots of cranes & work is taking place between roughly 8am-2pm (heat dependant) Mon-Sat. The noise is not too bad but the roads & paths are quite uneven & parts quite undeveloped. We did take advantage of the fitness centre but this is in another building which is a 5-6 minute walk. On a night, you can walk into the old town but we struggled walking back. There is a taxi rank although was really busy and cost 5-6 euros but tried to book an Uber & was quoted 45!Maria was very helpful and responsive if needed as was her neighbour Henk - thank you."

"The villa was excellent. Very well equipped with quality furnishings crockery cutlery bedding and towels.The outside space was varied and comfortable with shady and sunny areas. The heated pool was superb. Although no aircon plenty of fans available. A very quiet and private location accessed via a steep concrete road (first time up a little daunting but we soon got used to it and Lolitas instructions were perfect and very useful).Lolita responded quickly to all queries and her arrival information was extremely comprehensive. All in all we had an enjoyable stay at a lovely villa ."
