We were lucky to have a room with a view of the Lago Nahuel Huapi, and it was honestly one of the highlights of our trip. Waking up each morning to the lake and the majestic Andean mountains was an experience that’s hard to put into words—pure magic. The hotel is centrally located, just one block away from the main street, which makes it very convenient to explore Bariloche on foot. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, even larger than many we’ve experienced in European hotels, which makes a big difference for a relaxing stay. Everything was spotless, with an excellent level of cleanliness throughout. The hotel interior has a charming alpine feel, with warm wood paneling and a beautiful lobby facing the lake and the Andean mountains, featuring large windows that allow you to fully take in the breathtaking scenery. The hotel also has a practical elevator for four people, making access to the rooms easy and convenient. But what truly stood out was the excellent attention from the staff—always kind, attentive, and ready to help with a genuine smile. They made every moment even more special. We leave with wonderful memories and a strong desire to return. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an authentic, comfortable, and truly memorable experience."
