The location of this hotel is AMAZING. You are on the water, with beach and marina view. There is a huge seaside mountain a few blocks from the hotel which you can climb and see the fortress/castle at the top. The hotel has an great lobby and our rooms was large with an amazing view. The room service was very good and fast, and the breakfast was 😋. Recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a good looking hotel with the best location in town.

We thought this was the best option for our family before our trip, and we would absolutely stay here again. The property is older but it’s extremely well maintained, clean, amazing staff and location was perfect to get around everywhere.

Excellent hotel, fantastic service and great location. We stayed in the Level and believe it was excellent value for money. We were well looked after throughout, the hotel was immaculate, all the food excellent and a great drinks selection. The hotel offers easy access to the beach and Alicante itself. Would recommend and would happily stay again. Only issue we had was that the Expedia page states they offer free airport transfers. The hotel do not offer this so this should be removed from the page on here.

"Our booking here was very last minute and we didn't arrive until 8PM. Room, parking and breakfast were £40 which was an amazing bargain. The hotel was less than 10 minutes drive from the airport. Staff were friendly and polite, the room was a good size and quiet although it could do with more power ..."
