"Stayed in this apartment hotel for 2 nights in Apr23. We spoilt the hair dryer before we checked out, but could not inform the office as we checked out very early in the morning and the office was closed. The next day, I received an email informing us that they charged CHF500 to my credit card for spoiling the hair dryer and the TV. This is ridiculous. Their email mentioned that they gave us a perfectly working TV before we checked in. How can they accuse us for spoiling the TV a few minutes...

"We spent 2 days at Luganodante during a 2 week trip to Italy/Switzerland. I highly recommend staying at this property. The location is centrally located to enjoy the lake, shopping and dining. Easy walk from train station but easy in and out of the garage if you have a car. Very clean, nice lobby bar and restaurant. The staff was very helpful and spoke multiple languages.
