Comfortable clean practical room. Easy to get anywhere in Lugano. The laundry room requires a bit of negotiation with others during busy times. Bring your own laundry soap and basket - for travelers this means a trip to the grocery store.

Well, Expedia wrote $5 city tax at booking time, the host charged CHF 11.50 ($15!) right before the stay. Even worse, to be paid either by a weird local swiss payment system or paypal. Nothing else, no cash no credit card. Not great at all. Also quite noisy apartment. Otherwise clean and ok.

Difficult to get ahold of the admin and unless I casually found the general admin of the building supervising the premises I wouldn’t have gotten ahold of the laundry door entry codes. Communication was poor. Too many info request to get the access code for day 1. Location is great. Places to eat, shop, visit and transportation incomparable

Did not realize until I arrived at the property they wanted an email of my passport and credit card. That they needed additional money than Expedia had asked for. My bad but there was another couple there with the same problem. They were unresponsive to emails. Expedia was no help. Finally got in. Room was clean and large. Bathroom was nice but bed was uncomfortable and room was noisy. Price was good for Lugano. Lack of electrical outlets.

good place, many communication problems

The studio is basic, but has anything you need - small kitchen, microwave, dishes (no dish sope, however). The bathroom needs some repairs, but is spacious. The place, however, despite being mordern, has literally zero charm. But it is very well located, and the price is absolutely right. My main problem was the communication: As I booked via hotels.com, a plethora of conflicting and confusing information follwed (e.g. you have to check-in elswhere; we will reveal information if you give us informatin on this form (which was empty). Contact us if .. with no contact information. A link to paypal and twint without telling me what they wanted me to pay. I eventually found out their email, and contacted them to get the missing information. This chaos sort of represents also their attitude: you do not feel welcome. Noone said - glad to have you as a guest, but there are threats of "if you do not clean the kitchen, it costs .. if you do not check out exactly at the time, we will ... " . (And: check out their responses to criticism on the net). My suggestion to the organizers: Besides of all the rules and threats you communicate, you may include a welcome, glad to host you. This said: I will go back there.

Alles was man braucht war vorhanden. Das Bad war wunderschön. Aber man musste store runter lassen da Scheiben normal waren.
Wunderschönes Bad Aber keine Blickdichten Fester. Musste Store runterlassen.
Super bequem Bett. Store und Vorhang zum dunkel machen. Mega gut. Leider neben dem Bett nur 1Steckdose.

Zweckmässig eingerichtete Unterkunft, Check-in läuft online mit Code für Türe, da keine Rezeption vorhanden ist. (hat prima geklappt) Kommunikation vorgängig per Email ohne Probleme. Zum Zimmer: Preis/Leistung ist okay, alles notwendige vorhanden; Leider war jedoch die Toilette noch dreckig vom Vorbenutzer, ebenfalls hatte es noch Essensrückstände auf dem Tisch.
