"Clean, comfortable room. Bed comfortable. Because it is an old hotel, they have window air conditioners. They are loud. If you cannot sleep in noise, don't stay here. Fun place if you are into the ghost world. They have parking that is located at a lower level street and down a couple of blocks. You have to walk with luggage or call from lot to send a shuttle. This can be a nuisance, but workable. If you cannot do stairs, you will have to rely on the shuttle. One can be dropped off at the door and unload, but other person will still have to park, walk or call for shuttle. The front desk will hold onto your luggage if needed. Helpful employees."

"The room was clean, the staff was superior!!! The breakfast was alright. With how many sports family’s go through this hotel seeing some more fruit and veggies would be excellent. The pool was amazing. My kids met so many other kids from so many states all there for some type of sport tournament. So having the pool indoors and open latish was perfect! The only complaint I had was the TVs were not user friendly. But that was ok."

"The property was under renovation. Dust an d a horrible chemical smell. Couldn’t access the lobby. None of usual lobby conveniences were available . Hotel shout be open in these conditions or customers should have been informed, or even discounts offered. Bed was comfortable with plenty of pillow choices would be the only good thing I could say."
