"Eu gostei muito de passar o final de semana, voltaria novamente mas acho que eles precisam melhorar alguns detalhes. O restaurante do hotel é caro e a comida é péssima! No café da manhã tivemos problemas dois dias seguidos para conseguir tomar um cafezinho e alguns funcionários pareciam perdidos em relação as informações e funcionamento de algumas áreas. Acredito que se melhorarem esses detalhes vai ficar incrível."

"Room is spacious king size bed but two single beds together. Breakfast is very good, internet not so good, had to go out of the room to connect. Good restaurant with good dining options, outside area of the hotel is nice"

"This property urgently needs a renovation in the bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything is very old and have mold in the room and bathroom. The towels are extremely old, like the sheets that barely cover the mattresses, not to mention that if you don't know Rio de Janeiro, this property is very far from the city's tourist attractions, it’s located on the part of the mountains and when it rains it is extremely dangerous. "Not enough staff on premises. Tried calling 8 times, at different numbers, no one answered. Later found out that the person that checks you in is the same that cooks and serves meals. Horrible. "
