What a great find. Historic building so has some of the features of being older such as smaller rooms. However, very cool building and aesthetics. Good breakfast and friendly and helpful staff.

Ótima estadia. Todos os funcionários muito educados e solícitos. Fizeram uma surpresa de decoração para o dia dos namorados. Café da manhã sem uma grande variedade de itens, mas tudo muito gostoso e fresco, muito satisfatório. A máquina de café no café da manhã era ótima, o ar condicionado do quarto ter a função aquecer fez muita diferença nos dias frios que pegamos. Toda a decoração da pousada nos faz sentir de volta ao passado, muito legal.

A estadia foi ótima. O hotel tem uma localização privilegiada, perto de restaurantes muito bons e do centro historico. O único senão foi fato de haver um degrau alto para se acessar o banheiro. Sabemos que é um prédio tombado e teve que adaptado atendendo à legislação. Mas, para um casal idoso foi um pouco complicado. De resto, tudo perfeito.

A pousada é muito bem localizada, da para fazer os passeios nos bares e alguns pontos turísticos, como a fábrica da Bohemia, o Palácio de Cristal e o Museu Imperial, à pé. O atendimento foi ótimo, eles são muito gentis e ainda fizeram um mapa com os principais bares e pontos turísticos para facilitar a viagem. Eu já recomendei a alguns amigos e voltarei lá com certeza.

Experiência maravilhosa! Limpeza impecável, tudo cheiroso, café da manhã incrível, ótima localização, perto de tudo, a dois passos da rota cervejeira. Funcionários sempre super gentis, muitos espelhos no quarto (que era muito bonito). Fiquei extremamente feliz em ter me hospedado lá. Com pontos negativos, eu diria só que o banheiro é muito pequeno e que a internet não funcionou (mas este último ponto provavelmente é algo esporádico e não culpa do hotel).

Estadia incrível

A estadia foi ótima! A equipe é super solícita e simpática, o quarto é muito limpo, cheiroso e confortável. A ducha é elétrica, mas bem forte e quente. Comemoramos o aniversário do meu marido, e a equipe da pousada decorou o quarto especialmente pra nós, além de ter deixado uma cerveja de presente pra ele! A localização é ótima, da pra conhecer o centro histórico todo a pé! Só tenho elogios!

Funcionário da recepção completamente sem noção

A minha nota ruim está relacionada a uma situação específica que aconteceu comigo e eu acho inadmissível. Ao fazer o checkin fui informada que deveria pagar, mesmo tendo feito a reserva para pagar antecipado, eu questionei, mas mesmo assim paguei. Retornei à pousada 20h30 e fui para o quarto descansar, quando foi 23h30 o telefone do quarto tocou muito alto acordando todos. Quando meu marido atendeu a pessoa da recepção falou que a estadia havia sido cobrada 2 vezes e precisava estornar o valor até meia-noite. Fui à recepção incrédula de que aquilo tinha sido feito, não é nem pelo erro, que pode acontecer, mas pela forma que tentaram corrigir o próprio erro. Eles tinham o dia inteiro para me avisar, poderiam ter falado quando eu retornei à pousada, mas preferiam acordar uma família inteira, incluindo uma criança, porque o erro deles tinha que ser corrigido até meia-noite, não respeitando o horário do silêncio e o descanso dos hóspedes. Cada justificativa que o homem da recepção dava por ter ligado naquele horário só piorava a situação, ele disse que não me abordou quando cheguei pq não sabia quem eu era, que ligou naquela hora pq sabia que naquela hora eu estava no quarto e outras coisas mais. Em suma, ficamos mais de 2 horas para dormir novamente. Tirando esse fato: Quarto apertado, não há bancadas no banheiro nem no quarto para apoio, café da manhã ok.
