Hiding Gem Hotel in Brazil , Beautiful Historical Hotel with well trained staff. Specially thanks for property manager Roberta who gave us superb hospitality experience, Each suit has own design. We feel alike staying in between amazing nature and historical castle. Also thanks for Juliana being such friendly and super nice. Bom mas precisa melhorar

Estive hospedado no hotel por uma diária e, embora o espaço seja realmente bonito e a decoração muito bem cuidada, vivenciei situações que considero importantes compartilhar, pois impactaram negativamente minha experiência e certamente podem (e devem) ser melhoradas. Logo na chegada, enfrentei uma recepção lotada, com apenas um atendente tentando lidar com uma família numerosa (aproximadamente 10 pessoas). Após uma viagem de 3 horas, é bastante frustrante precisar esperar em pé por um longo tempo em uma fila desorganizada — especialmente considerando o padrão que o hotel aparenta oferecer. Na recepção, também fomos informados de que no dia seguinte não poderíamos utilizar a área próxima ao salão por conta de um casamento. No entanto, esse seria exatamente o único momento disponível para aproveitarmos essa parte do hotel, o que nos causou grande frustração. Além disso: O secador de cabelo não funcionava; As paredes e tetos apresentavam mofo, acompanhado de odor desagradável; Pra completar, havia uma barata no banheiro, o que é totalmente inaceitável em qualquer nível de hospedagem Outro ponto q merece destaque é o comportamento tanto de alguns funcionários quanto de outros hóspedes. Durante a madrugada e início da manhã (por volta das 6h), ouvi gritos e conversas altas nos corredores, como se não houvesse mais ninguém no local tentando descansar. Espero q esses feedbacks sejam levados em consideração para q melhorias reais sejam feitas

Ótimo custo-benefício

Gostei muito do hotel, colchão bom, chuveiro com uma pressão de água muito boa porém difícil regular a temperatura. Bom café da manhã funcionários muito educados e um destaque para o guia Oz que nos leva em um tour pelo Castelo e tira fotos incríveis, muito simpático e divertido.

O hotel tem uma área verde bem bacana. Quarto grande e camas confortáveis. Recepção muito prestativa. Tem um restaurante, Taberna, que é ótimo! Café da manhã variado e bem servido. Achei que pelo tamanho de área livre o hotel poderia proporcionar um lazer melhor aos hóspedes. Piscina pequena. O quarto, poderiam colocar janelas de vedação para diminuir o barulho dos carros/motos/caminhões pois ele fica beirando a BR040.
