"This is fantastic spot on SXM. Walk to awesome beaches - Friars annd Happy, around the corner (20 min) from Grand Case and beautifully situated for the evening sunset.The villa was well laid out, both bedrooms were of equal form and function. Kitchen had everything you needed. We loved outdoor dining overlooking the pool.The turtles and visiting iguanas were welcome guests.Thanks!"

"Beachfront location is amazing. Easy walk along beach to numerous excellent restaurants. Dominique was highly responsive to inquiries. Building is on a busy street, but very quiet inside and on beach side. Would definitely stay here again!"

"J'ai adoré mon séjour! L'endroit est bien situé, la chambre est très bien équipée, décorée et propre. J'avais une formation à faire à distance et le wi-fi fonctionnait très bien. Que dire de la vue... directement sur la plage! Le staff était exceptionnel! J'ai eu une petite situation particulière et ils ont tout fait pour me trouver une solution. Je me suis rapidement sentie très confortable et à l'aise dans cet endroit. Je recommande fortement et je souhaite y retourner éventuellement!"

"It was a fantastic stay. This is our 4th time to the island and this was the best location we stayed. The villa’s location is perfect, right on the sand of the beautiful Grand Case beach. It has a huge balcony looking out to the beach. The view is spectacular. It’s on the quiet side of the beach. It feels like we had the beach in front of the villa all for ourselves. It’s only a few minutes of waking to all the wonderful restaurants in Grand Case, and the shops, supermarkets and pharmacy. We rented a car but only drove to go to other beaches on some days. We could probably just do taxi for those days and not rent a car. The entrance is through a gate with remote control and you can park your card on the side way after entering the gate. The entrance is on the opposite side of the beach on the Grand Case Boulevard which is a busy street. I stoped the traffic for my husband to drive out of the gate then I hopped in the car, when we drove out. The host was prompt to respond to any inquiries. "

"The one lady who checked in was really nice but the other manager/owner? Was the rudest, most angry, unprofessional person I've ever seen in the hospitality industry. We honestly were made very uncomfortable and booked another hotel around the corner. While the villa is nice it's really a gilded mansion with very minimal if not gauche interior design, just an afterthought. Felt very soulless. "

"I loved relaxed morning coffee on the patio lounger while the little birds flitted about and the local red junglefowl greeted the new day. An easy walk down to Friar's - a fantastic swimming beach with wonderful little restaurants (NB: they close as early as 3:30 pm!!) The apartment is very well-appointed and provisioned. I especially appreciated the dishwasher and washing machine!! Bed was sooo comfortable. Nice to have a sofa and chairs to relax on after a busy day hiking, swimming, touring about.Check in and out was a breeze. We'd stay here again :) "
