Apartment 20 meters from the sea

The house consists of a double bedroom, a room with separate beds (double if necessary), plus a living room with sofa bed, kitchen with all accessories and a bathroom.
Outside a veranda with table and chairs, relax area, sofa and wicker chairs. There is also a brick barbecue where you can cook in peace and an outdoor shower. Indoor parking. A few meters are available all services, pharmacies, banks, supermarkets and restaurants.
A short distance from the town center, Santa Maria Navarrese municipality of Baunei (reachable on foot in 5 minutes) in a unique natural setting, famous everywhere for the beautiful beaches: Cala Goloritzè, Cala Mariolu, Cala Sisine, Grotta del Bue Marino, for to name a few, reachable both from the ground through the "Selvaggio Blu" trekking paths, and from the sea thanks to the tourist port of the village (reachable on foot in 10 minutes).

Die perfekte Ferienwohnung.

Die Ausstattung ist vollständig, die Einrichtung zweckmäßig, von guter Qualität und im Detail sehr liebevoll gestaltet. Die Wohnung wurde uns sehr sauber übergeben (problemlos via Schlüsselsafe) und die Fotos im Netz sind authentisch und kurz gesagt: Es fehlte uns an Nichts. Der Kontakt mit Alesandra war dank Translator einfach, nett und professionell. Die Antwortzeit auf Fragen unsererseits war schnell.Die Lage mit dem kurzen Weg zum Strand ist einfach perfekt für frühe und späte Strandbesuche ohne groß Inventar schleppen zu müssen - und falls man etwas vergessen hat, oder kühle Getränke nachholen will, ist man in 5 Minuten wieder Vorort. Restaurants (Tipps gab es von Alesandra) und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar und für Alles andere hat man das Auto auf dem Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute sehr genossen und sind uns einig, dass wir gerne wieder buchen, wenn wir das nächste Mal in die Region kommen!

Großartige Lage

Wir hatten - trotz mäßigem Wetter - einen großartigen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung. Man ist, wie beschrieben, nur 20 m von einem wunderschönen Strand entfernt. Der Ort St. Maria Navarrese bietet Restaurants, Eisdielen und kleine Geschäfte. Man kann von hier aus auch sehr schöne Wanderungenunternehmen

Vacances reposantes pied dans l'eau dans une maison agréable et joliment décorée.

Nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise, maison agréable, conviviale, équipée, propre et bien aerée. La descrition et les photos de l'annonce sont exactes. Bravo à Alessandra : la maison est joliment meublée Ce qu'on a apprécié : - La proximité de la plage qu'on a trouvé magnifique - La 2ème douche (bien que commune) était pratique en sortant de la plage. - Quelques restaurants et un seul supermarché accessibles à pied. - Le parking - Terrasse + jardin, mais dommage qu'on n'a pas profité de la terrasse la nuit à cause des moustiques. - La clim dans les 2 chambres et dans le salon. Ce qui manque : lave-linge.

Wir können uns den anderen Bewertungen nur anschließen. Wer noch nicht hier war , hat was verpasst.. Der schöne ,nahe Strand ein Traum. Ebenso das perfekt ausgestattete Haus, es fehlt an nichts. Der Garten wunderschön angelegt , um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Wir wurden so herzlich von der Gastgeberin empfangen. Wir würden sehr gerne wieder kommen.

Traumhafter Urlaub

Eigentlich würden wir diese Ferienwohnung gern zu unserem Geheimtipp machen. Nachdem wir nun schon einige Erfahrungen mit typisch italienischen Ferienwohnungen gemacht haben, war dieses Objekt ein absoluter Urlaubstraum : hell, luftig, geschmackvoll und mit vielen liebevollen Details ausgestattet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was zum Rundum- Wohlfühlpaket gehört. Die geniale Lage ist das zusätzliches I- Tüpfelchen : nach wenigen Schritten ist man direkt am weitläufigen Sandstrand, den wir zu unserer Reisezeit meist für uns alleine hatten. Santa Maria Navarese ist ein kleiner beschaulicher Ort, der aber über ausreichend Gastronomie und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten verfügt. Empfehlenswert sind Ausflüge ins bergige Hinterland, z.B. nach Orgosolo oder auch der Besuch der Grotta Su Marmuri in Ulassai. Grazie mille Alessandra per la fantastica vacanza! Torneremo di sicuro.

Strandnah gelegen und geschmackvoll eingerichtet

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung bietet neben zwei Schlafzimmern auch ein Wohnzimmer. Die Terrasse ist groß genug, um hier gemütlich zu essen bzw. in den Sesseln zu lesen. Der Parkplatz ist direkt an die Terrasse angrenzend. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war -trotz Sprachbarriere- sehr gut. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung😊

Die Wohnung ist schön geräumig, sehr hübsch und individuell eingerichtet, mit vielen schönen Details versehen. Die Terrasse ist angenehm schattig rund um die Uhr und von zahlreichen Pflanzen umgeben. Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Wir 3 haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder😊.

Best place ever!

Everything was perfect! We stayed at many places but this one was outstanding. Location, equipment, check in, garden, veranda, communication, sweets at arrival, cleanliness, decoration, comfort of bed, silent air conditioning, ambiance. Would stay there longer. Only downside was the occasional cut in wifi service but we had been warned. Very grateful for this vacation!

Ondanks minder weer een fijn verblijf.

Goede ontvangst met wat lekkers voor jong en oud. Smaakvol ingericht huis. Comfortabele bedden. Fijne veranda. Op 30m van het strand. De zee was wild toen we er waren, niet geschikt voor zwemmen maar voor onze kinderen indrukwekkend. Enige minpunt was de douche die alleen stand te heet en koud kende.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung mit Garten

Tolle Lage, kurze Wege, trotzdem ruhig. Super ausgestattet, uns hat nichts gefehlt. Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Wir waren kurz vor Ostern dort. Morgens schien die Sonne auf die Terrasse zum Frühstück. Auch am Abend kann man im Garten noch in der Sonne sitzen. Genug Schatten gibt es aber auch bei Bedarf. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hinfahren.

Schöne Unterkunft in super Lage

Wir hatten als Familie einen wunderschönen Urlaub mit einer sehr lieben Vermieterin fast direkt am Meer. Den Strand hatten wir in den Pfingstferien fast für uns alleine. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Betten sind bequem, die Terrasse super, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! Gerne wieder :)

Fantastic holiday house!

This was the best holiday house we have ever stayed in. The inside is stylish an clean and equipped with everything you need. All rooms have AC. The location is very nice on a quiet little road and just by the sea. Also close to supermarkets, harbor, rock climbing, hiking trails and other activities. If you plan to visit the lovely area around Baunei, then I highly recommend to stay in this house.
